    As a co-captain of two-time defending Virginia Intermont College, senior Russell Neff enters the season with one word in mind: three-peat. Neff, who was a 2005 NAIA National Tournament alternate and placed 110th in 2004 NAIA Cross Country Nationals, will help lead the top-rated Cobras in their quest for a third consecutive championship.
