Over the past eight years Champions of Character has helped change the culture of sport in the lives of more than 700,000 coaches, athletes and parents across the nation. The Champions of Character process has helped all of these constituents recognize and incorporate character into both their sports experiences and everyday lives.
Our impact has been significant, and now it is time for Champions of Character to make a difference for even more parents, students and coaches. Through the financial help of our partners, Champions of Character stands ready to meet that challenge.
The Foundation allows new funding to be used exclusively for community outreach and education programs in area schools and provides an endowment for the future. The foundation is headed by NAIA President and CEO Jim Carr, who partners with Buffalo Funds President and Portfolio Manager John Kornitzer and Kansas City Royals General Manager Dayton Moore, who comprise the Foundation board of directors.
